1. Acceptance of Risk: 
The Participant acknowledges that riding on the mobile karaoke bus (the “Activity”) may involve risks, including but not limited to, accidents, injuries, or damages. The Participant agrees to assume all risks associated with the Activity.

2. Waiver of Liability: 
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Activity, the Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Blue Note Karaoke, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “Blue Note Karaoke”) from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the Participant’s participation in the Activity, including any negligence by Blue Note Karaoke.

3. Indemnification: 
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Note Karaoke from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising directly or indirectly from the Participant’s participation in the Activity.

4. Medical Considerations: 
The Participant certifies that they are physically fit and capable of participating in the Activity. The Participant agrees to inform Blue Note Karaoke of any medical condition that may affect their ability to safely engage in the Activity.

5. Governing Law: 
This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Activity occurs.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding: 
The Participant acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this Waiver. By signing below, the Participant agrees to be bound by its terms.
